Covid-19 Approach
Anatoli Hotel has been welcoming guests for four generations. This year the global situation has challenged us all and changed the way we interact with each other and work. However, the essence has remained the same. We have trained our staff and made all the necessary arrangements to offer you the best possible holiday experience in a safe environment for you and our employees.
Following the Greek Government's Health First regulations we have implemented the necessary protocols to attain the highest hygiene to ensure you will enjoy your stay and relax. Many services will be offered digitally (check‐in, reservations, etc.) as we adhere to professional and personal responsibility and observe physical distancing, however the essence remains the same: we are here for you.
HOUSEKEEPING
Your room has been sanitized before your arrival following Health First protocols. Daily housekeeping is avoided according to the same regulations in order to minimize interaction.
Nevertheless, should you require housekeeping you have to email us at anatolihotel@gmail.com or dial 9 to contact the front desk a day in advance.
In case you need extra linen, towels, amenities etc. contact the front desk (dial 9).
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 07.30 to 11.00 in your room without extra charge. The breakfast room is also available. Following the Health First regulations you have to make a reservation the day before either way by email at anatolihotel@gmail.com or by dialing 9 to contact the front desk a day in advance.
Our buffet breakfast has been temporarily suspended in accordance to the same rules. Upon check‐in you will have access to the menu and the breakfast reservation from. Alternatively you may also call the front desk the day before (dial 9).
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is available from 09.00 to 19.00. In line with Health First directives maximum 28 visitors are allowed at the same time to minimize interaction.
Beach towels are provided free of charge upon request by email or by calling the front desk (dial 9) or from the pool bar Upon check‐in you will have access to the pool bar menu.
CAVE WINERY SPA
Our Cave Winery Spa operates from 11.00 to 19.00. Adhering to Health First directives you have to make your reservations at least a day ahead by email or dialing 9 to contact the front desk.
Spa rates and services will be available upon check‐in.
RECEPTION
Even if many of our services are offered digitally (check‐in, reservations, etc.), you are welcome to visit our reception area in case your physical presence is necessary.
In line with Health First regulations you should avoid overcrowding and stay in a safe distance from other guests and hotel employees. Also, remember to use your face mask and gloves or hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizers are available in common‐shared areas You are personally responsible to follow the Health First directives during your stay. In case a guest shows any symptoms on check‐in or while at the hotel we reserve the right to call the Hotel doctor.
